Getting Started at Our Dental Office
Painesville Dental Group is always happy to accept new patients of all ages! If you’re thinking about coming to see us for the first time (or if you’ve already scheduled an appointment), please take a moment to read through the helpful information below. Your First Visit
When you come to see us for the first time, our friendly front desk team will greet you with a smile and help you organize your paperwork before escorting you to your treatment room. There, a hygienist will take some X-rays and perform a periodontal evaluation and a cleaning/fluoride treatment. You’ll then get to meet your dentist, who will take some time to get to know you before performing a thorough oral exam. After that, they will go over their observations and discuss any additional treatments you might need.
Online Patient Forms
Want to speed up your check-in process at your first visit? Then all you need to do is click on the link below to fill out our patient forms. Fill them out at home at your leisure, and when the day of your appointment arrives, be sure to bring them with you so we can get you in to see your dentist right away! Our dental office is happy to accept your dental insurance and even file claims on your behalf to make sure you’re getting the most out of your benefits at every single visit. We’ll make the process of saving on your care the easiest part of your appointments!
